Westminster City Council's Strategic Planning Committee unanimously approved our proposals for the redevelopment of 6-10 Bruton Street for ACAI Group , praising the project for being one of “great merit.”
Transforming the prominent Mayfair site through structural retention and the addition of a new façade and extension, the vibrant mixed workspace and retail offering optimises an existing building and re-activates Bruton Street and Bruton Lane.
