We’re proud to have partnered with Westminster School this year as part of Open City Education’s Young City Makers programme.
Working with the year 5 group, we helped the students develop collaboration and model-making skills, while deepening their understanding of their role in shaping our city through in-school workshops and exploring the city. This included a visit to Kings Cross to discuss how buildings can be more sustainable by re-using existing structures and giving them a new purpose.
The recent award ceremony celebrated the students' achievements, and we hope the programme will have a lasting impact on these young minds and their urban communities.
