Associate Partner Cindy Wong took part in a panel discussion organised by Historic England as part of their Developer’s Reception, held at the newly refurbished Skinners' Hall.
Presenting our full retrofit of Space House - which has been recognised by Historic England as “one of the most important redevelopment projects of our time” – Cindy detailed the meticulous process of revealing, preserving, upgrading and extending the Grade-II listed structure to provide 255,000sqft of intelligently designed prime grade-A workspace. Cindy highlighted the importance of both an ambitious client and an expert multi-disciplinary team in realising new sustainability and conservation standards.
Cindy was joined by industry experts from Berkeley Group, Landsec, Montagu Evans and Urban Splash in presenting a showcase of projects that successfully preserve heritage assets by responding sympathetically to their context and specificity.
