Spear’s has covered the launch of St John’s Wood Square, a super-prime residential development on the former St John’s Wood Barracks. Masterplanned and façade-designed by Squire & Partners, the new scheme will deliver 120 apartments, duplexes, penthouses and townhouses to the site, scheduled to complete in 2028.
