The Broadway was featured in PrimeResi with news that Northacre closed £50m worth of sales at the development in November, including one of its penthouses – four of which have now been sold.
The head of sales at Northacre, Simon Edwardson told the property magazine that he puts this down to ‘unparalleled views, specification, location and sizes of the apartments.’
