Following the announcement of our interior designer Briony being recognised by Mix Interiors in their 30 under 30 Class of 2025, her mentor and head of Interior Design Maria Cheung was asked by the magazine to reflect on her own career and impart her greatest lessons for the next generation of design talent.
Speaking about the importance of communication, she advises “when you’re presenting, be crystal clear about what you want your audience to understand. Strip out any distractions, guide their focus to what’s important and make sure your delivery highlights the ideas that truly matter.”
