The Brixton Blog has recently covered the Winter Wonder Lights, the collaborative project between Brixton BID and Squire & Partners. Each light has been designed by a local student that has attended one of the Winter Windows workshops over the last eight years. These designs have been transformed and are now displayed all the way down Brixton High Street as festive lights.
Senior Partner, Tim Gledstone, shares his thoughts on the project and how it exemplifies what Brixton is about, 'creativity, community, and young people'. This initiative 'puts the work of local young creative pupils at the heart of Brixton'. Each year, as Squire & Partners continue their Winter Windows lights, and more designs are created, the number of lights will increase and spread across the district.
