Squire & Partners' designs for St Mary's Wharf in Guildford for client Native Land - which have recently been submitted for planning - featured in Property Week. 

Henry Squire commented: 
“The submitted proposal is the latest evolution of our designs for St. Mary’s Wharf which creates a new gateway development linking the High Street to the River Wey. The proposal has been carefully considered in the context of the surrounding townscape and sensitive distance and local views. Our designs draw on Guildford’s rich architectural context, combining a distinctive palette of materials to create a unique Guildford building that is contemporary whilst also respecting the town’s architectural heritage.”
