Building Design reported on Squire and Partners’ appointment by a venture between Berkeley Homes and the National Grid for a new residential project, developing industrial sites across London. The practice is appointed to design over 850 new homes, along with a public square, educational arts campus, nursery, shops, cafes and restaurants at this site adjacent to Battersea Park.
