Squire and Partners acquires Brixton site

Squire and Partners has acquired a site on Ferndale Road, Brixton, comprising a former department store and a series of smaller buildings to the rear including the Old Fire Station and Ferndale Stables. The building is being designed as a new office for the 250-strong practice, who have outgrown their King’s Cross premises.

A planning application for a refurbishment of the existing building including a new top floor, will be submitted to Lambeth in May 2015.
