Squire and Partners were granted planning permission in July 2015 for 185 Park Street, a development comprising three elegant sculptural building forms within a landscaped park setting. The designs extend Tate Modern Park eastwards, and create a counterpoint to the new Tate Modern extension to the west and the historic Globe Theatre and River Thames to the north.
