Planning approval has been secured by Westminster City Council for the refurbishment and extension of 15 Cavendish Place in Marylebone for Bridge Group.
Our second total design approach for the West London street, neighbouring 7-11 Cavendish Place completed in 2022, the approved 8-storey scheme delivers 20,500 sq ft of workspace, retail and private terraces through a three-storey extension and thoughtful retention.
Reimagined to deliver contemporary office space, ground-floor retail and new end-of-journey facilities, the extension and retention respond to its distinctive Beaux Arts style whilst matching the adjacent buildings' proportions through carefully considered materiality and design. Works are expected to complete in 2027.
