London Festival of Architecture: RIBA Architecture Open

Squire and Partners are one of 30 practices selected to exhibit in RIBA London’s summer showcase, Architecture Open. The event is held at POP Brixton from 5-28 June as part of The London Festival of Architecture.

Architects were tasked to create a suspended ‘shoe box’ installation which communicates the creative process of a current project. Squire and Partners designed a Rwandan Earth Block Lego construction kit based on the evolution of a brick making facility using local natural materials, along with a series of brick moulds to create a variety of structures, to support the people of Nyamata, Southern Rwanda.
