Squire and Partners were proud to be a part of another successful year of the Great Architectural Bake Off hosted by WATG as part of London Design Festival 2018. On Saturday 16 June we created Antoni Gaudi’s Park Guell in cake form, as an iconic landmark in the city of Barcelona. The cake consisted of lemon and elderflower victoria sponge, toffee flavoured Rice Krispie cake, fondant and candy sugar glass.
Although Benoy won the 2018 crown, we still had a wonderful time baking and sampling some delicious cakes!
