Euan Kellie’s 2010 book, Rebuilding Manchester, illustrated the phenomenal investment and regeneration in Manchester City Centre over the years following the bombing in 1996. The publication was backed by some of Manchester’s key property players, and features two Squire and Partners projects: the masterplan for First Street (Central Spine) and the Landmark Project on Oxford Street.
