UNISON HQ – the only office building to be shortlisted – has been awarded a 2012 Civic Trust Award. The judges described it as a “quality designed project that has been beautifully constructed and provides all of the current technologies for minimising environmental and energy impact…the scheme provides a vastly improved environment which has generated an uplifting spirit within the organisation.”
