The Mix Awards 2026 Project of the Year shortlist has been unveiled, announcing 65 Gresham Street as a finalist in the Fast Forward category!
Championing spatial brand design and future-leaning concepts, Fast Forward finalists are evaluated across four key areas: sustainability, innovation, design and functionality, with winners announced in June.
Framed by Gresham Street, Aldermanbury Street and Love Lane, the sensitive retrofit is one of the largest building reuse projects in the City of London. Retaining 70% of the structure and reusing 95% of materials, the fully electric building will give a new lease of life to the area, achieving BREEAM Outstanding credentials. Set to complete in 2028 and currently in construction, the proposal introduces four new lightweight floors featuring rooftop terraces and new balconies to each existing floor, offering state-of-the-art Grade A office, retail and ancillary spaces.
