The practice is shortlisted in two categories for the Building Design Architect of the Year Awards 2026: as finalists for both the Radical Retrofit and Reinvention category and the Office category.
Our submission for the Radical Retrofit category comprised a portfolio showcasing our retrofit work on One Southwark Bridge and Space House, alongside design plans for 65 Gresham Street, one of the City of London's largest reuse projects, and Notting Hill Place.
For Office Architect of the Year, we submitted a portfolio highlighting our work on TIDE Bankside and Space House, with plans for 65 Gresham Street and Notting Hill Place.
Awarding for a body of work, the AYA Awards are Building Design's annual celebration of the very best work being produced by practices today.
Winners will be announced later in October!
