TIDE Bankside has been named a finalist in the Commercial category of the 2025 Brick Awards. Completed last year for LBS Properties and Barings, the development is a Net Zero carbon workspace, both in embodied and operational emissions.
Its design and the application of bespoke, water-jet cut bricks draw inspiration from natural coastal erosion patterns, a nod to its Bankside setting.
