TIDE Bankside is a regional finalist in the 2025 British Council of Offices Awards in the Commercial Workspace category. Completed last year for LBS Properties and Barings, TIDE Bankside is a Net Zero embodied and operational carbon workspace development, with a design which references the natural erosion patterns of coastal formations, inspired by the building’s Bankside location.
Recognising architectural excellence and quality across the office sector, the BCO awards celebrate innovation and best practice, with a particular focus on durable and sustainable design solutions. Winners will be announced in April.
