Our extensive retrofits of 7 Devonshire Square and Space House have been shortlisted in the AJ Retrofit & Reuse awards. Both originally designed by Richard Seifert & Partners, the workspace buildings have been reimagined to meet the highest environmental standards and provide modern, adaptable workspace.
7 Devonshire Square is competing in the Decarbonisation & Net Zero category and Space House in the Conservation & Heritage (£10 million and over) category.
