Last Friday, 18-20 Greycoat Place was Highly Commended in the New Building Cladding Precast category at the 2024 Natural Stone Awards, organised by the Stone Federation
Located in the heart of Westminster, the mixed-use workspace, retail and residential building’s crafted façade meanders the curved line of the street, with scalloped red sandstone pilasters which reference the neighbouring Art Deco inspired Artillery House.
The judges were “immediately impressed by this building, from arrival to departure” and commented that “the exterior red sandstone frame is striking, with its natural veining and inclusions adding particular interest for the passer-by.”
