One Twenty King’s Road has been shortlisted for a Brick Award in the Commercial category.
Occupying a prime position on King’s Road, Chelsea, the new mixed-use development reuses 68% of the existing building’s structure to create the missing centrepiece to Royal Avenue on axis with The Royal Hospital. The design integrates vertical brick bays and double-height window arches to harmonise with the local context, emphasizing sustainability through features including reclaimed London Stock bricks and a living vertical wall, contributing to Chelsea’s architectural landscape.
Winners will be announced at the ceremony in November.
