Replacing an existing vacant 1960′s block, the development extends along one complete side of Lincoln Square, and will create over 150,000 sq ft of new office space with retail and restaurant uses at ground floor. The new building responds to the natural boundaries of Lincoln Square, but is cut away at the eastern elevation to reveal the frontage of St Mary’s, a Grade II listed 18th century church known as the ‘Hidden Gem’. A new public space will be created in front of the church with seating and landscaping, allowing visitors to enjoy the historic building.
