The façade of No. 5 maintains the pattern of the Georgian townhouses that still dominate the area. It consists of six bays, five of which form a tight composition in the classical tradition, while the sixth is wider and serves to demarcate a separate entrance to the office floors above. The ground floor contains a shop with an independent entrance.

The office provides 2600sqm of space, with typical floors having tightly planned cores and receiving ample additional natural light from light-wells in the middle of the building and at the rear.
To the rear, a single column of windows gives the building the aspect of a tower, at the foot of which is a second entrance, with gates designed by artist Matthew Phillips. Inspired by the striations in the Portland stone cladding, these gates add an additional level of detail which is further reflected in a series of bronze bands etched into the front façade.
