10 Lower Grosvenor Place replaced an existing building on this prominent corner site at the junction of Lower Grosvenor Place and Beeston Place, in the Grosvenor Gardens Conservation Area.
10 Lower Grosvenor Place replaced an existing building on this prominent corner site at the junction of Lower Grosvenor Place and Beeston Place, in the Grosvenor Gardens Conservation Area.
The building provides 2,000m2 of flexible office space finished to an extremely high standard, offering a unique headquarters building for a single occupier.
An existing late 19th century building on the site had a poor relationship with the Grade II* listed Georgian buildings forming the remainder of the block enclosing Victoria Square. The new design makes references to the adjoining Georgian buildings and ties together the two flanks of Victoria Square, unifying the city block and enhancing the Conservation Area setting.
