The tower’s architecture responds to its context by drawing on the site’s proximity to water. The sinuous and elegant form is coupled with pure, simple detailing on both the external façade and the interior design, which has been developed in collaboration with the studio 1508 London.
Externally, enduring materials, including travertine stone and contrasting bronze metalwork, provide a warm texture, which is complemented internally by a palette of oak, marble and brushed metal, resulting in a development that is contemporary in nature and timeless in design.
Upon arrival at the base of the tower, residents are greeted by a rippling canopy featuring an elliptical opening, which offers glimpses of the tower above. A grand, double-height entrance further creates a true sense of arrival, before moving through the building to the podium, which offers a comprehensive range of boutique, hospitality-style amenities. These include fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a luxury spa, a private library and an exclusive cinema.
A range of one- to four- bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes and exclusive penthouses and the addition of a vibrant promenade lined with retail boutiques and art galleries create a dynamic environment that blends leisure, culture and convenience.
