As part of the project to create the award-winning headquarters for fashion house Reiss, fourteen residential apartments were provided to the rear of the site, facing Picton Place. Squire and Partners designed the apartments as modern and open plan, with double height living areas and galleried walkways, whilst exploiting existing Victorian features, such as metal framed windows on the retained facade overlooking the street.
