There are 43 affordable apartments contained within a building that makes clear reference to the traditional warehouse architecture of Shad Thames through its design and materials, with stock brickwork and timber clad balconies. At ground level, double-height retail units animate the linear route through the site towards Tower Bridge.
The affordable housing is managed by Corporation of London, and also provides a loading bay and access to the Bridgemaster’s House.
