One St John's Wood is an 11-storey residential apartment building comprising 112 apartments and luxury amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, cinema, business lounge and roof gardens overlooking Lord's cricket ground.
The design and material palette create a contemporary development which references the characteristics of adjacent Victorian mansion blocks. A palette of light buff-coloured brick and a series of horizontal concrete bands are animated with inset and projecting balconies, with detailed metalwork adding articulation to the façade.
The distinctive chevron rooftop profile of the metal-clad penthouses draws inspiration from the historic landscape of Henderson's Nurseries, which once stood opposite the site. The penthouses step back generously, offering residents indoor-outdoor living with terraces and gardens that enjoy uninterrupted views across the London skyline.
