Located in the heart of the Belgravia Conservation Area, the Chester Collection development creates four new townhouses in Little Chester Street. Replacing existing pastiche building stock, the new design employs traditional materials with modern detailing to complement the variety of architectural styles that give the area its unique character.

A palette of Portland stone, limestone and handmade brick is embellished with bespoke metalwork on Juliet balconies inspired by St. Michael’s Church in nearby Chester Square.
Designs create an elegantly proportioned façade by extending the footprint of the existing building and adding an additional floor, knitting the new building into the streetscape.
With bedrooms located on the lower ground and second floors, kitchen and dining at ground level and living areas on the first floor, each townhouse enjoys an outdoor space at the rear of the terrace.
