Following discussions with Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Housing Officers, it was evident that there was a demand for elderly affordable housing within the borough, and it was agreed that Lancer Square would be a suitable location to relieve this demand, given its close proximity to both shops and open public space.
Block 4 of the development, situated at 10-14 Old Court Place, contains 14 apartments in total. The ground floor units benefit from their own front doors to the street, and have access to private terraces at lower ground level, while first and second floor apartments are designated as wheelchair accessible units accessed via a rear walkway.
