Following the successful refurbishment of Howick Place, Squire and Partners were commissioned to fit out four apartments within the development for private purchasers. In this case the client was a designer who wanted to create a flexible space for himself and his young family.

The loft style three bedroom apartment creates impressive open spaces incorporating distinctive designs from the clients. The space makes use of period features in the former Royal Mail sorting office such as double height ceilings and oversized windows. A large open living space runs the entire depth of the apartment, over which bridges a mezzanine level of guest accommodation. The family bedrooms and a library overlook the main reception area at intermediate level.
