Clarges Mayfair has been designed as an elegant response to the established Piccadilly streetscape, respecting the rhythm and scale of traditional buildings whilst creating its own identity through contemporary details and craftsmanship.
The development addresses Piccadilly, Clarges Street and Bolton Street in Mayfair with private residential apartments overlooking Green Park from a ten storey building on Piccadilly.
Portland Stone is used as the predominant building material, tying the character of the development to its Mayfair conservation area location. Detail is introduced on the hand-carved fluted stone columns and bronze balconies, the intricate pattern of which reflects the characteristics of the Piccadil lace collar from which the name Piccadilly is derived. These crafted elements afford Clarges Mayfair a distinctive identity, and enhance the rich historical context in which it sits.
