Chelsea Barracks Phase 5

As part of the overall masterplan for Chelsea Barracks, Squire & Partners have designed a series of townhouses for Phase 5 of the scheme.

The 14 houses, split across two residential blocks facing on to an ‘Orchard Square’, take inspiration from historical developments in the area such as Eaton Square, with rich, layered elevations and a strongly expressed base, middle and top.

Further devices such as rustication, fluted columns, balconies and loggias are updated with a contemporary language and add elements of craft to the façade.
