Designed as a sculptural counterpart to the American Embassy, distinctly expressive and textured crafted facades take inspiration from the nearby River Thames, fragmenting and rippling the light. Bay windows offer guests wide-reaching views of Nine Elms, the Thames and across London.
The proposal roots itself in the Linear Park and the existing street fabric, whilst creating new public spaces, pedestrian routes through the site as well providing further landscape enhancements to Ponton Road. The development contributes to the creation of a vibrant district and the completion of a new centrepiece of international contemporary appeal.
