Our sensitive refurbishment of 78 St James's Street for BentallGreenOak was featured in the July/August 2023 edition of interior design magazine FX.  

A collaboration between our architecture and interior design teams, the project has created 100,000 sq ft of prime multi-tenant workspace, with 10,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art amenities, wellness facilities and rooftop terrace in the heart of Westminster.
