New London Architecture: Housing Londoners: innovation in delivery and design

Two of Squire & Partners' projects feature in NLA's Housing Londoners report which demonstrates how, as a collective, the built environment has the agency to innovate and enact positive change on London’s housing sector. In their report, NLA explore the key factors of affordability, quality of life, sustainability and local benefit, to assess where we are at present as a sector and how to deliver the housing that Londoners need in the future.

Completed in 2020, Island Point delivers 142 social rented and 31 shared ownership apartments to the Isle of Dogs, whilst Addiscombe Road - a co-living development in East Croydon - recently received planning permission.
