Partner Tim Gledstone will be discussing Space House: Retrofitting a Modernist Icon at Footprint+ 2023 - the UK's property event for a zero carbon future. Tim, Tyler Goodwin of Seaforth Land, Younha Rhee of Atelier Ten and Chair Lucy Walsh of B-Sussed will explore how retrofit can be achieved in a way that doesn’t detract from such rich architectural heritage, and ask what the modernists got right – and wrong – about low carbon, passive design.on Wednesday 7 June in Brighton.

Footprint+ is an annual 3-day event where every sector of the UK property industry unites to discuss state of the art methods to reduce carbon emissions and build the relationships necessary to help put them into practice.
